 ThissectionofTheNewStandardAcademy’s,annualfinancialreportpresentsourdiscussionandanalysisoftheschool’s financialperformanceduringthefiscalyearthatendedonJune30,2015.Pleasereaditinconjunctionwiththeschool’s financialstatements,whichimmediatelyfollowthissection.   ReportonInternalControlOverCompliance ManagementofTheNewStandardAcademyisresponsibleforestablishingandmaintainingeffectiveinternalcontrol overcompliancewiththetypesofcompliancerequirementsreferredtoabove.Inplanningandperformingourauditof compliance, we considered The New Standard Academy’s internal control over compliance with the types of requirementsthatcouldhaveadirectandmaterialeffectoneachmajorfederalprogramtodeterminetheauditing proceduresthatareappropriateinthecircumstancesforthepurposeofexpressinganopiniononcomplianceforeach majorfederalprogramandtotestandreportoninternalcontrolovercomplianceinaccordancewithOMBCircularAͲ 133,butnotforthepurposeofexpressinganopinionontheeffectivenessofinternalcontrolovercompliance. Accordingly,wedonotexpressanopinionontheeffectivenessofTheNewStandardAcademy’sinternalcontrolover compliance.
